RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with the sales receipt.
Opened software, CD's and videos will be exchanged within 30 days (IF DEFECTIVE) for the same item only.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for opened software, CD's and videos if not found to be defective.
All returns must be complete, in original boxes and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories.
Electrical items, including headsets, cannot be exchanged or returned unless found to be defective.
Please allow 15 days for the processing of returns.
